Terms of Service

General Terms

• Artarea offers a wide selection of plain Jute drawstring bags and custom-printed Jute bags, but products may be out of stock or discontinued without prior notice.
• Customized product lead times average 2 working days from order date, but may take up to 3–4 working days depending on quantity, size/weight, location, and stock.
• After dispatch, delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination PIN code.
• All prices listed on the website are in INR and valid only for purchases within continental India.
• Electronic devices and Home Décor items shown in product images are illustrative only and not included in the purchase unless explicitly mentioned.

Sales Items

• Sales item orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns, and no price adjustments will be made for previous purchases.
• All sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

• We cannot accept cancellations for custom-made or custom-printed items after 5 hours from order placement.
• Custom artwork or items with custom text (e.g., personalized names) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Since all orders are made-to-order, production resources are allocated immediately and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
