Manufacturing Lead Times

• Plain Jute drawstring bags: 2–4 working days from order date.
• Custom‑printed Jute bags: 3–5 working days from order date.
• May take an extra 1–2 days based on complexity or stock.

Delivery Timeline

• Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your PIN code.

Shipping Partners

• We ship via reliable, insured courier services to ensure safe arrival.
• Our rates are competitive and often lower than many competitors.

Multiple Product Orders

• If you order both plain and custom‑printed bags, they ship together in one package.
• Delivery date depends on the custom‑printed bags’ lead time.

Delivery Attempts

• If you’re unavailable at delivery, the courier leaves a note to arrange re‑delivery or pickup.

Important Notes & Additional Terms

• No returns, no refunds.
• There will be a half‑inch variation (+/–) in any size.
• 60% advance payment required; balance due on delivery.
• Orders below ₹15,000 require full advance payment.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and payment is non‑refundable.
• The Company is not responsible for any in‑transit damages.
• Colour shade may vary slightly as fabric stock changes.
• If raw material prices change, the rate list will be updated accordingly.
• Printing charges vary for gold and silver colours, and for multi‑colour printing.
• Delays by courier companies or customer unavailability are beyond our responsibility.
• Custom‑printed bags may have longer lead times due to design and printing.
