At Artarea, we work hard to deliver products of superior quality and craftsmanship in a timely manner. However, if you happen to receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement.
For all returns, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.
To claim a refund or replacement, the customer must share a video recording of the package being opened (mandatory).
If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch the replacement product within 7 days.
If a return is requested, the product will be picked up within 4-7 working days.
Refunds for returns will be processed within 10-14 working days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment (online banking, credit card, debit card, etc.).
Special Note: Custom-made or personalized products (such as printed drawstring bags) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations for any customized or personalized products after 5 hours from the time of order placement.
For plain (non-printed) products, cancellations may be considered if requested within 5 hours.
